Brandon Webb

Brandon Webb of the Arizona Diamondbacks won the National League’s Cy Young award (award for the best pitcher) yesterday. In second place was San Diego pitcher Trevor Hoffman.

Brandon Webb got 15 of the 32 first place votes and a total of 103 points. Trevor Hoffman got 12 first place votes and a total of 77 points (26 points less than Webb).
